Order your blood biomarkers online through our lab test partner, Ulta Lab Tests
Ulta Lab Tests allows you to order the blood biomarkers needed for the ScreenNOW full assessment. No doctor appointment or visit is required. The blood draw will be conducted at a Quest Diagnostics center local to you.
These biomarkers include:
- Lipids panel
- Total cholesterol
- LDL cholesterol
- HDL cholesterol
- Non-HDL cholesterol
- Cholesterol / HDL-C ratio
- Triglycerides
- Fasting glucose
- Fasting insulin
- A1c
Fasting required for accurate results
For fasting glucose and fasting insulin tests, you must fast for 12–14 hours before your blood draw.
Do not drink coffee or tea the morning of your tests — even black. Both can raise glucose and insulin levels and give falsely elevated results.
